We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for increasing customer LTV by driving acquisition, re-engagement and retention through targeted, automated email marketing campaigns leveraging the Klaviyo platform.
This Position is 100% Remote.
Manage Klaviyo email marketing campaigns for MoxieLash’s ecommerce business.
Track and improve email campaign open rates. Leverage Klaviyo features like Smart Send Time, micro-segmentation and attribution reporting to maximize audience engagement.
Measure and optimize performance through data-driven A/B test features in Klaviyo for all email campaigns and triggered flows. Drive continuous improvement with measurable ROI.
Improve email aesthetic and content quality in liaison with creative and business teams. Design branded emails through built-in/customizable templates from the Klaviyo library.
Increase email marketing ROI through multi-level segmentation, including but not limited to, ones based on customer properties, behavioral patterns and past campaign re-engagements.
Use inbuilt Klaviyo workflows like Welcome series, Post-purchase series and Abandon cart series to increase retention, perform win-back through re-engagement and drive new sales.
Tailor promotional emails based on recipient characteristics. Personalize through template flags and by leveraging dynamic data blocks from web feeds, order details and cart contents.
Set up autoresponders, automated email flows and triggered series based on campaign briefs.
Support integration with Facebook advertising and SMS/text messaging campaigns.
Monitor progress and submit periodic and ad-hoc performance reports to the executive team.
3- 5 years of experience in email marketing with in-depth expertise in the Klaviyo platform.
Strong expertise in core Klaviyo features like segmentation, personalization, A/B testing and tracking of email campaigns. Solid understanding of deliverability and CAN-SPAM regulations.
Experience in creation of customized content, templates and workflows using Klaviyo.
Demonstrable expertise in designing Klaviyo email campaigns with increased ROI.
Strong understanding of eCommerce marketplace and email campaign best-practices.
Digitally savvy and keen to leverage core email marketing concepts using emerging trends.
Data driven adaptive management style focussed on continuous improvement.
Positive customer-oriented attitude, high motivation and ethical standards.
Analytical and creative thinking; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with and influence senior management and executive positions.
BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications or comparable fields.
Knowledge of deliverability tools, Google Analytics and other ESP’s is a plus.
