E-commerce Manager


MoxieLash® is a leader in the eCommerce lash space, with an 8 figure yearly digital advertising spend. We are the company that brought the Magnetic Eyelashes & Eyeliner to the world (2018) and created the all-new Lashies by MoxieLash (2020), a no magnet, no glue lash solution that comes with a clear bonding eyeliner. We are a fully remote, cloud-based organization with a team of over 50 individuals. Our team is smart, fast, agile, self-accountable, and collaborative. We are growing into a much bigger beauty brand, with multiple innovative product categories.

Job Summary

The E-commerce Manager will own and lead all operational activities pertaining to MoxieLash’s e-commerce ecosystem involving internal and external stakeholders and perform necessary cross-functional liaison for the smooth running of the enterprise’s day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Who You Are

You’re a digital marketing champion who can lead your in-house team as well as manage external agencies to drive the ROI of MoxieLash’s e-commerce business. You have deep subject matter expertise on conversion rate optimization techniques, know how to increase customer lifetime value, decrease churn, and enhance customer engagement across various customer journey touchpoints. You have hands-on experience in leading Shopify e-commerce projects. You will:

Use best-in-class strategies for MoxieLash’s e-commerce growth. Ensure a customer’s online shopping experience is backed by a stable, intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable platform.

Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives to drive conversion rates. Manage implementation of CRO best practices. Ensure ROI optimization for all e-commerce initiatives.

Create and maintain highly converting Shopify stores, add testimonials and reviews, augment landing page design to increase both orders and order values per active customer.

Lead efforts in crafting consumer experience journeys and value propositions. Execute targeted Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns to drive website traffic and increase e-commerce revenue.

Develop relationships with e-commerce partners and vendors. Collaborate across agencies to identify growth areas. Liaison with internal departments on day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Own budgets, develop KPIs, and track the effectiveness of MoxieLash’s e-commerce programs.

Monitor progress and submit periodic and ad-hoc performance reports to the executive team.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the B2C online marketplace in an equivalent leadership role; familiarity with the eCommerce order fulfillment process lifecycle.
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce strategy, platforms, channels, and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-agency environment including directing/ managing teams.
  • Experience in thematic product launches, including creation and management of product lines including pricing, kitting, and bundling. Result-driven design thinking mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics, SEO principles, and PPC campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of and prior experience in managing Shopify implementation.
  • Functional understanding of PHP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Shopify Liquid/React JS/Git.
  • Strong work ethics with the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High motivational levels, ability to multi-task, prioritize and take ownership.
  • Excellent oral and written business communication skills including business presentations. Commendable leadership and people management skills.
  • BA or equivalent from a recognized educational institution; can be offset by commensurate industry experience in a similar role.


  • MBA degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a similar role with eCommerce retailers preferred.
