The E-commerce Manager will own and lead all operational activities pertaining to MoxieLash’s e-commerce ecosystem involving internal and external stakeholders and perform necessary cross-functional liaison for the smooth running of the enterprise’s day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Who You Are
You’re a digital marketing champion who can lead your in-house team as well as manage external agencies to drive the ROI of MoxieLash’s e-commerce business. You have deep subject matter expertise on conversion rate optimization techniques, know how to increase customer lifetime value, decrease churn, and enhance customer engagement across various customer journey touchpoints. You have hands-on experience in leading Shopify e-commerce projects. You will:
Use best-in-class strategies for MoxieLash’s e-commerce growth. Ensure a customer’s online shopping experience is backed by a stable, intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable platform.
Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives to drive conversion rates. Manage implementation of CRO best practices. Ensure ROI optimization for all e-commerce initiatives.
Create and maintain highly converting Shopify stores, add testimonials and reviews, augment landing page design to increase both orders and order values per active customer.
Lead efforts in crafting consumer experience journeys and value propositions. Execute targeted Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns to drive website traffic and increase e-commerce revenue.
Develop relationships with e-commerce partners and vendors. Collaborate across agencies to identify growth areas. Liaison with internal departments on day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Own budgets, develop KPIs, and track the effectiveness of MoxieLash’s e-commerce programs.
Monitor progress and submit periodic and ad-hoc performance reports to the executive team.
