Marketing Manager (Customer Retention)
MoxieLash® is a leader in the ecommerce lash space, with an 8 figure yearly digital advertising spend. We are the company that brought the Magnetic Eyelashes & Eyeliner to the world (2018) and created the all new Lashies by MoxieLash (2020), a no magnet, no glue lash solution that comes with a clear bonding eyeliner. We are a fully remote, cloud based organization with a team of over 50 individuals. Our team is smart, fast, agile, self accountable and collaborative. We are growing into a much bigger beauty brand, with multiple innovative product categories.
The Marketing Manager (Customer Retention) will analyze customer journey data across the sales funnel and leverage multi-channel campaigns to engage high LTV customer through targeted win-back/ retention programs and automated email/SMS marketing campaigns.
Who You Are
You’re a savvy marketing manager who knows how to increase customer retention through email/SMS marketing focussed on target segments, including but not limited to, ones based on demographic properties, spending propensity, behavioral patterns, and past campaign re-engagement metrics. You will:
Drive proactive customer engagement across the sales funnel, at various touchpoints of the customer journey.
Leverage marketing intelligence to analyze customer data. Prioritize segments for retention efforts backed by analysis of data-driven models.
Glean data-driven insights to curate focussed campaigns for the target segments. Create personalized messaging through email and SMS campaigns.
Leverage marketing automation tools for optimizing email campaign open rates and ROI. Use micro-segmentation and attribution reporting to maximize audience engagement.
Arrest churn rate through active email/SMS campaign interventions. Promote win-back strategies to bring back identified dormant, inactive, or at-risk customers.
Set up autoresponders, automated email flows and triggered series based on campaign brief. Support messaging integration between social media advertising and email/SMS campaigns.
Monitor progress and submit periodic and ad-hoc performance reports to the executive team.
