Job Title – Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Summary: We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator responsible for reaching out to influencers on various platforms. As part of a team, the incumbent will be responsible for partnership building with leading influencers on social media platforms to grow the company’s digital marketing outreach. This position is remote. However, we are looking for someone based in Miami.

Essential Functions

Coordinate all aspects of an influencer marketing campaign team, align influencer marketing goals with the brand’s overall ecommerce objectives.

Prospect and find influencers in our market. Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users. Identify key influencers.

Update Influence database with Influencer Name, Number of followers, Number of comments, Frequency of the influencer’s posts, Frequency of the influencer's stories.

Build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders. Contact influencers on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to use to measure/track a campaign to support the company’s ecommerce activities.

Brainstorm ideas for social media influencer campaigns and content.

Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies in the influencer ecosystem in social media.

Experience And Qualifications


    1-2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media management or digital marketing.

    Extensive hands-on experience on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

    Research experience- ability to find relevant details of top Influencers like emails and contacts.

    Hands on experience with influencer research and partnership tools like Hootsuite, Traackr, Pitchbox ,Buzzsumo, Buzzstream

    Networking aptitude. Strong inter-personal skills.

    Analytical, independent, structured way of working.

    Well organized with great time management skills and attention to detail.

    Excellent written English communication skills. Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite.

    Academic Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or relevant field; can be offset by extensive experience in similar role.


    Existing network with social media influencers from the Cosmetic & Beauty industry.
